Once you decide on formulation and packaging and place your
purchase order, you will most likely be in touch with Private Label Cosmetics' Customer
Service Department. Our customer service is more than just clerks that answer the
phone, take a message, and then pass the request off to someone else. When you
call, you'll most likely be talking to the actual Production Planner in charge of that
particular manufacturing section. This arrangement brings your questions and
concerns directly to the individuals responsible for getting your product to the
production floor and getting it filled in a timely manner.
Our Customer Service does not stop with just the Planning
department. All Private Label Cosmetic personnel are encouraged to accommodate the
needs of our customers through open dialog and exchange of information. No matter
whether you're talking to our Inventory Control Department, Quality Assurance, or to the
President of PLC, you will always be given the most accurate information available at the
time.
